Asia Pacific Autism Conference 2027: Community Consultation Survey

The Asia Pacific Autism Conference (APAC) brings together around 1,500 delegates from 30 countries, including autistic people, families, researchers, professionals and the wider community. It is an opportunity to connect, learn and be inspired.

Autism SA is excited to host APAC in Adelaide in November 2027. To support planning, we are establishing several committees, including a Lived Experience Committee, and seeking community input on the conference theme, presenters, access, inclusion and innovative ideas. We would like to hear your thoughts on what would make APAC 2027 meaningful, inclusive and engaging.

Limitation of Liability

Autism SA is not responsible or liable to any person for any loss, damage or injury (economic, consequential or otherwise) suffered or allegedly suffered as a result of the use of information provided to Autism SA in response to the survey except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Verification

Autism SA reserves the right to request winners to show proof of identification suitable for verification prior to the release of prize (2 x tickets to attend APAC 2027 in Adelaide – November 2027) to the winner. Verification is at the discretion of Autism SA, whose decision is final. Autism SA reserves the right not to use information submitted if it suspected of being false information, or in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the information submitted to Autism SA.

Prize

If for any reason a winner does not claim their prize (through providing a response email) within one month of the draw that prize will be forfeited. Autism SA will conduct a redraw if the prize is unclaimed. Prize only includes 2 tickets to the conference. It does not include transportation, accommodation or any other travel associated costs.

How your information will be used:

Information provided through this survey will be used to develop a report for the APAC Committee. The report will help inform the conference theme, program, and access and inclusion planning. You will not be identified at any time.
